By placing an order with me for a portrait commission, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any payments:

1.    Payments, Refunds, and Returns

For commissions, I charge a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total quoted price. The remaining 50% of the price is to be paid once the artwork has been completed, approved by you, and is ready to be shipped. I do not offer any refunds or returns, unless the artwork has been lost by the postal service or has arrived damaged.

2.    Postage and Delivery

For shipping, I use Royal Mail Special Delivery. If you would like me to use a different postal service, this may incur an additional fee.

3.    Availability and Pricing

My availability and pricing are subject to changes. If prices do rise, I will place an advanced notice at the top of this website’s header and pricing page.

4.    My Right to Cancel

I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time and for any reason. If the commission is cancelled, you will receive a full refund of your deposit. No further claims or compensations will be considered beyond a full refund.

5.    Copyright and Ownership

Once the artwork has been delivered, it will be yours to do with as you wish. However, I retain all copyright and reproduction rights to the artwork. This includes the right to display images of the artwork on my social media pages, website, or on other promotional materials.

6.    Privacy Policy

Any personal details collected, such as your name, contact information, and address, will be used solely for the purpose of producing and shipping the artwork. I will not share, sell, or disclose your information to any third parties, except as required for shipping or legal purposes. All communications with me will be kept confidential.
